Happy Gut Sanctuary started in our home kitchen as a means to take back our health. Only quality ingredients and minimal sugar are used to achieve balance in flavor and to facilitate proper fermentation.
We seek to break the modern day conception of “kombucha” and produce unique and delicious tea ferments. With quality teas as our foundation, there is no need for post- fermentation flavoring. All efforts are focused on perfecting the fermentation process itself, tailored to each tea, to hone the complex flavors of terroirs from all over the world.
